Necklace I finished last night for a friend in California.  Used Czech glass beads.  I  hope she likes it.

I love the way this turned out. Polymer clay on Canvas and a Hieroglyphic acrylic roller.  Bronze and Sea Glass Acrylic paint. Double matted and Look what this frame does ...I see shadow casts of the same blue/green of the paint.....I have added nothing to this plain flown frame.

I am recovering from the victimization of a Covert Aggressive Narcissist and have stopped another in their tracks thanks to in-depth reading in regard to these types of people.  Only if you have been a victim would you understand the horrible effects upon ones psyche. In on of the books I just finished they suggested wearing a mirror necklace.  It helps to protect the wearer agains the negative vibes of those they are around who are projecting into your space.   Does it work?  I don't know.  I just finished making the necklace last night and haven't been out of the house but any type of potential protections is worth trying so that I can continue to progress forward. What is a Narcissist? Someone who has little to not empathy, manipulates others, gaslights, makes other doubt their reality, lies incessantly, and believes their own lies.  They make you doubt your emotions and then call YOU crazy.  They rage for absolutely no reason and you end up apologizing for THEIR behavior.
